Meet Our Pediatric Dentists
Dr. Gabrielle Sykoff - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Gabrielle Sykoff grew up in Great Neck, New York, and attended Binghamton
University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She went on to
attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated
with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Gabrielle completed a General Practice Residency
Program/Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein
College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. She then went on to complete a two year
Residency Program in Pediatric Dentistry, at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein
College of Medicine, where she received her specialty certificate.
Dr. Sykoff is proud to be Board Certified by the prestigious American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
“I have a true passion for treating children and adolescents in the dental office and gain great satisfaction in developing their trust and making them feel at ease. I feel a great sense of fulfillment by putting a smile on the faces of the children I treat; and when they are excited to come back and visit me, wow, that is the best!”
In her free time Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, and exploring New York City, where she resides.
Dr. Durgesh Kudchadkar - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Durgesh Kudchadkar (You can call him “Dr. D”!) knew from the start that he wanted to
be a children’s dentist, and enjoys providing quality professional care to kids and
teens.
He began his post-graduate career as a health educator in North Carolina where he worked with many diverse groups ranging from preschool children to young adults, including new mothers and infants, as well as special needs patients.
Dr. D. attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, under a merit-based National Health Service Corps Scholarship, achieving National Boards Honors and Dean’s List, graduating magna cum laude. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
Children’s health, happiness, and comfort are top priorities for Dr. D., and when he’s not talking with his patients about Sponge Bob or Dora the Explorer (or teaching them how to brush the “sugar bugs” off their teeth!)
He is still a kid at heart and loves going to the movies, traveling to fun lands, playing fetch with his little dog Cameron, and even braving the newest roller coaster parks.
Dr. Naomi Sedani - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Naomi Sedani grew up in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania with her parents and younger
sister and then moved to Boston to attend Wellesley College and her receive her Masters
at Boston University School of Medicine in Oral Health Sciences. Dr. Naomi then moved to
Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where
she graduated with two distinct honors in Community Service and Medically Complex
Patient Care.
She moved to New York for her two year specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
Dr. Naomi (also known as Dr. Nomes) loves treating her young patients. She truly enjoys all her interactions her with patients and their families!
During her childhood, she had a great dentist who made dentistry fun and exciting for her so she wants to create the same positive experience for all her young patients. Her favorite part of her work is gaining the trust of a nervous child and having him or her leave the office with a big smile.
Outside of the office, Dr. Naomi loves seeing Disney and Pixar movies, traveling to new places with her family and friends, and finding a new coffee shop to perch up in and read a good book.
Dr. Ji Yun Han - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Ji Yun Han was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Wilmington, Ohio at the age
of fifteen. He attended the seven-year program at New York University and New York
University College of Dentistry, receiving Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Dental Surgery
degree with honors in Special Patient Care.
Dr. Han is passionate about providing a relaxing environment and pleasant dental experience to patients at Dental Care Kids. He was trained in providing dental care to patients with special needs, including medically complex patients, patients with disabilities and patients with dental anxiety. Dental anxiety is one of the biggest reasons many patients avoid regular dental checkups, and Dr. Han hopes to change patients' perspective through his service at Dental Care Kids.
Dr. Han loves all aspects of dentistry from preventative treatments to restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Han enjoys karaoke, playing the guitar, traveling and spending time with his wife and his Schnoodle.
Dr. Ariel Ginsberg - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Ariel Ginsberg grew up in Westchester, New York prior to moving to Ann Arbor,
Michigan where she attended the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) graduating with a
Bachelor of Science in Biology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She later returned home to
attend New York University College of Dentistry where she graduated with a Doctor of
Dental Surgery. She then continued at New York University College of Dentistry where she
completed a two-year residency program and received her specialty certificate in
Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Ariel believes in providing friendly, compassionate, and high-quality dental care to every child she treats. She loves the community feeling of Stamford and is excited about being a part of the Dental Care Kids family.
Dr. Ariel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new recipes, and exploring NYC.
Dr. Ariel may not be a mermaid who lives under the sea, but she’s just as fun—we promise!
